	Wet Method 습식법 이 습식 세정법에서는 세정액을 세정제로 사용한다. 일차적으로, 이 용어는 오염물과 화학반응을 일으켜 표면을 세정하는 침지조 내의 세정 공정을 가리킨다.시간과 세정 목적의 측면에서 세정 공정을 최적화하기 위해서 습식 세정을 지원하는 기계적 공정을 자주 사용한다. A cleaning liquid is used as cleaning agent in this cleaning method. Primarily, this term refers to cleaning processes in dip tanks which clean the surface through chemical reaction with the contaminants. Frequently, supporting mechanical processes are applied for optimisation of the cleaning process in terms of time and cleaning objective.
