	Anisotropic Direction dependent. Anisotropy is of particular importance for plasma processes in etching processes for the generation of microstructures, e.g. in printed circuits. Aspired is a maximal anisotropy, i. e. a definite direction of the etching velocity as it is usually observed in physical etching processes.
